Becoming the Guide of the Mysophobic Villain? Absolutely Not! Chapter 53 Discussion

I'd give this novel 4 stars due to the jarring pacing of the chapters. It could do better with longer chapters as each chapter is way too short and could've been condensed into one or two chapters. I sped through the first 53 in mere minutes and felt like I had only read 10 chapters of a novel rather than a 53-chaptered one. I have no idea if this is a decision on the translation team's part or something the original author had done. I'm leaning towards it being the original author's doing.

Other than that, I enjoyed it thoroughly and found it to be quite funny how the FL causes the ML to run in circles trying to find out who his guide is. Although the flippant attitude the FL has towards the inevitable death of the ML if he does not find a decent enough guide to stave off his rampages does bother me. I get it, you're afraid of dying by his hand but has it not occurred to our lovely FL that it makes zero sense for him to kill her as she quite literally is the only one capable enough to guide him?

I'm not one to pontificate over plot holes though, so again, 4 stars from me because of a fun plot with fun characters and the hope for smutty smut smut. The starting scene was spicy absolutely loved the imagery of guiding being compared to drinking fresh water and I hope for more excellent imagery to come.
