I love the slow burn so much. As a person that has been in a relationship for more than a decade I see love a lot differently then someone at the beginning of their adulthood would. I really relate to Ji Qingzhou’s feelings towards love and relationships.They have such good mutual respect for each other, which is not what I was expecting when I started reading this. I feel like the characters are very real and well written. Character development and slice of life are two of my fovorites parts of writing and I definitely get that with this novel.
