It has its flaws but for a novel of this length, it is pretty well planned with little filler, good pacing, and likeable characters. The real ending is in the extras- it's pretty well resolved, if a little bittersweet.Thematically and plot-wise may feel familiar to others of this genre, but I do appreciate the writing style and the lack of long arcs of beautifying the MC and ML. Here, the MC and ML are humans- and so are the other characters. MC does have a bit of protagonist luck going for her, but thank goodness, because her previous life was just... sad.
