This is okay. The first part of the story pulled me in until about when the FL/family found their identities and relocated to the Capital. After that twists and turns and exaggerated story plots made me lose interest. After this particular episode I totally lost interest.Spoiler
The FL/ML eventually got married and had a child which got switched. For all the genetic testing she does in her "pharmacy", she didn't test her own child? I totally lost interest and stopped reading.
