Looks like it’s Pikachu’s turn to abandon Ash :). Anyway I found this chapter more touching than the previous one because in this chapter every time Pikachu comes back to Ash it’s only to return to the herd of Pikachu again which creates false hope
P.S.: As a French person I still use the word 'grandeur' x)
