The MC is a talented girl who's never been loved by her family, and is consequently emotionally detached. However, she tries her hardest to earn the affection of those around her, but fails to notice it when she does receive it. The story is one of character and relationship growth, where the MC learns to value herself, and develop trust and affection for those around her. It's not a bad story... but the MC is just so unbelievably young to be an inventor, servant, fiance etc, that it makes the story a little silly.The world itself is also very primitive, with technology even more inferior than the stone age, allowing the MC to easily introduce simple inventions and slowly change society. While there's nothing wrong with world building, the incompetence of all the other characters is a little unconvincing, since most of them would rather sit and starve than use their heads. Overall the concept isn't too bad, but the people could be a little more realistic - even taking into account the magic and rules of the world.
