The formula goes somewhat like this: game-like "system" gives side characters menial quests like [Touch Grass] and then, no matter if they succeed or fail, shows them visions of alternative timeline or the past where MC has to self-sacrifice to clean up after they make a mess. These visions fill them with guilt and regrets, make them obsess with MC and make them want to repay him with their body. The same game-like "system" regularly gives MC quests too, which are more like offers-you-can't-refuse like [Save this Character: Failure: You Die], but also rewards him with overpowered and plot-convenient buffs, so MC's self-sacrifice turns out to be not so self-sacrificial in the end.Nobody has any agency of their own, everyone is a will-less doll in the "system's" hands, and the "system" remains the worst trope ever invented.Anyway, the main appeal is supposed to be daily interactions between MC and his Mistress, I guess. This part is alright, the girl is adorable, though her childish nature and straight-forward personality make her rather unfit for a role of the villainess.
