I just finished reading this book and I really enjoyed. The novel gradually shows us that it has one of the best yearning and longing romance. The ML will make you feel it so fully, you can't help but root for him.

I really liked the ML. His backstory was one of the most heartbreaking thing I've ever read. But he's also such a good and interesting character. He was so smart, able to find opportunities and could think ahead, that I couldn't help but like him a lot. His love for the FL was so well written and beautiful, I couldn't help but stan him too.

I also loved Setina's (FL) confession 🥺

Even though she got rejected.

But even when you think she has given up, she held on to the hope of them becoming real and true.

So Setina was resilient in her way that you end up liking her character better. Him pushing and her pulling was one of the best parts of the novel too.

For the other side characters, they were fairly interesting. Some were pitiful like her half sister but not entirely.

Her stepmother and her father were competing with each other on being the worst person in the novel.

For the romance, it was good. I would say the mystery was the most captivating part of the novel for me.
