Started ok, although a bit odd. It was good for a while, enjoyed the slice of life, her interaction with the kids, his earnest attempts to get back into her life, and such. But then the pace suddenly changed, shortcuts taken, out of place scenes and out of character actions start to appear here and there, I began to skip things from here on, especially that something big happened that took out an annoying character out in a very graphic and strange way, I was like what the hell is this....Following that is a huge shortcut to 12 years later with everything abruptly concluded in totally, outrageously, dreamily good, as if a 12 years long of golden shower of good luck has poured on the family. Finally it ended in a completely unbelievable way, with them being buddies with the emperor, with them being so wealthy like Midas. What the heck of a story. Thankful to the translator, but the story itself is not my cup of tea. Or rather, the tea was switched to something different.
