- Romance in this book felt too "Staged" for me. Meaning it felt like they are showing off more than living it.
- Too many "forgot-to-mute-the-mic" conversations.
- Even relatively intimate (like kissing) moments were on-mic in one scene
- MC is too s*upid
- MC "goes with the flow" too much for example:
- MC's friend agrees and arranges a date and MC goes along with it even tho she is not into it.
- MC's parents arrange blind date, MC goes along with it cluelessly (s*upid).
- MC calls ML "Uncle" as a nickname of sorts and if someone assumes he is really her uncle to an extent to think in*est - she still goes with it and never corrects it.
- MC "goes with the flow" too much for example:
- MC once in a while has this weird tsundere moments which feel OOC considering how timid and obedient she is usually.
- MC has no special talent or skill to speak of. She is just bla.
- Author added some Shoujo elements that I didn't like to the story.
MC is a college student and is a fan of a CV artist called "His Majesty" (aka ML). MC helps her brother part-time delivering courier packages. One time she delivers a package to ML and meets him first time. She mentions him in her CV circle thinking he wouldn't know and someone tells ML about her. He gets slightly interested in her. He gets introduced to MC as a friend of one of her professors. So MC now knows ML with a different name and still doesn't know that her idol is also him.
ML gradually becomes interested in MC (because she is s*upid... ya no kidding) and starts pursuing her. She joins ML's company as an intern (thru back-door ways coz she really has no talent) and becomes ML's girlfriend. They live together in ML's apartment. They do an audio drama together.
MC finally finds out that ML is her idol when she accidentally looks at his weibo/wechat. I was hoping author would be creative enough to make MC tease ML after she finds out, but nooooo author took typical-shoujo route and make MC runaway from ML's house and there is a little bit of drama about ML confessing on weibo ofcourse coz they are too into exhibitionism and have to stage their feelings. Luckily it doesn't last long, MC goes back in a couple of days and they talk it out.
Then there is meet the parents and know each others background etc... just blah blah
[collapse]I didn't read last 5 or so chapters, coz it was too boring and MTL didn't help it much.Well... my recommendation is - if you are desperate for CV-based romance stories with somewhat similar plotlines like "Really Really miss you", and don't mind quality being really really really low... then give this a try.
