This is a good isekai in my opinion.

It has both the "adventure" part that is common to all isekai, and the "healing type" part, with slice-of-lifey moments.

It's a good read that you will quickly get into.

The main character evolves in a natural way that is by no mean forced. He will keep in mind where he comes from and keep pouring the same level of effort into becoming and staying stronger. He's not really OP, but let's say he knows who to ask for help.

The plot twist is really good, even though you need to get to where I am to see it :D

It really shows that the entire novel was written to lead to this point, 200 chapters later. The author did not rush it by any means, he took his time for all the settings, the evolutions, the logic of the story. However, you really can feel that there's an idea he's following from the beginning; everything was meant to be and is necessary to the story.

It still is not finished when I'm writing this, but I believe the story will in no way be unsatisfying when it ends. I even feel that we all suspect what the end is going to be, more or less. The story truly began after 200 chapters, all the settings are in place. I also believe the author is not going to be tempted to change his story just to have a "surprise effect" to the end I have already guessed. He probably has the dedication and is brave enough to not go back on his story in such a way. Looking at the novel with a bit of perspective certainly gives that impression.
