It's just your another cliche dense protagonist - harem isekai novel, nothing new. Other than being a magician on his previous life he is just some random ordinary person.

Though there are some kind of realistic parts of the novel where even if he can travel back & forth he still is still poor on earth because of real life issues like taxes & source of income.

The downer for me is that the harem part of the story was introduced too early and too many, he was invited into a 5 person all-female adventurer party as a porter for a quest and as you can imagine he saved the day and all members fall in love with him. Then there is the inn girl for minor harem, & back on earth if I remember his colleague at work is also interested in him. Is this a harem-romance novel or an fantasy adventure novel. Though I don't hate harem stories at least have a plot.
