It's quite a straightforward cultivation novel but the title is a bit missleading as the MC is more a warrior than a sage, so you should expect lots of fights.MC has his own golden finger, but is not too OP, and even has clear limits. The world building is also good, and the writting fine. The main two issues I have: (i) The plot is a bit forced and not enough to justify some character behaviors Spoiler
like the hatre between the evil cultivators and MC's sect, furthermore the reasons came late
[collapse] and (ii) Narative arcs are centered mostly on the competition between "evil" and "righteous" cultivators: it's really a bit too classical and "boring" if you've read several xianxia novels before.Compared to most of the xianxia novels listed here, this one is not bad and worth reading: no face slapping, no harem or romance so far, side characters are well written, decisive and ruthless MC, ect...
