It is unknown whether the "ml" is actually the ML or not, and what will actually end the loop. It isn't as another reviewer said and MC stops killing because of the ml, rather at parts she even fantasizes about killing him which is a far cry from stopping her mu*derous spree because of him? I doubt whether me and that reviewer read the same novel. Of course, there is also the possibility of the story following mc's thought of it, and to me that wouldn't be satisfying or good writing. It's like rendering mc's 100 years as worthless AND that in the end she really was a marionette with no choice of her actions. I don't think even with the author's writing I could be convinced that a love where the world quite literally forces MC to be with a man and if she doesn't give in to the Stockholm syndrome she'll loop for eternity, is a genuine one. Well, we don't know of anything at the moment, so I hope it won't go down that path.
[collapse]For now I have to admire the way this novel is able to subvert expectations and remain interesting and unique from all of its peers.
