The plot absolutely refused to put forth any challenge to our main character at all, which makes them rather boring to read and unsympathetic. Almost every named character exist solely to gapmoe our protagonistSpoiler

like Gado in c1. Why do we even know his name, it's irrelevant to the story

[collapse]. Seeing that one point being made repeatedly makes me want to immediately drop the book. The story could conceivably be rewritten with the MC and 2 other characters, because none of the other ones ever impact MC one bit. It takes too long to get to what I think is its theme with large portions could be conceivably cut off without dealing any damage to the overall structure. Overall, very unsatisfying to read. Maybe if we in the future see the protagonist's downfall or an antagonistic force to merely reality check her to break the emotional status quo Krische and the other 2 relevant characters put up, then maybe the story'd be better, in my humble opinion at the very least.
