The reviews mentioning racism are incredibly overblown. It happens in one chapter and is never mentioned again, and is mostly played for laughs ig. Overall, the story is about a Chinese dude who transmigrated into the body of a Japanese high schooler in a definitely magical Earth. The heroines include a girl who's given a system to get close with the MC, a childhood friend regressor from an alternate zombie apocalypse timeline, a regressor sister, and a mermaid. It seems very likely for new heroines to show up, perhaps the person who he married in his sisters timeline and the boss of the butler cafe he works for. The translation is great, my only complaint being the formatting of the website itself. Some chapters are pushed slightly to the left, so the first letter of each line is cut off. Still very readable, but might be a better experience on PC. All in all, I'd say this is an above average harem rom com that makes me interested to see how it will continue to develop. Also I completely forgot to add this in the potential heroines section but he did receive a mysterious letter like 20 or 30 chapters ago implying perhaps a more obsessive heroine, moreso than the others.
