Not a bad novel, for a Japanese one.The setting is a bit lazy (it's not really explained much). The plot and its progression aren't great, but they aren't bad, either. The protagonist is nothing special, BUT he's waaaay better than an average protagonist. Firstly, he's not a virg*n. Secondly, he's not some dense MF, and beds the first harem member (?) quite fast. He also seems to have matured slightly after becoming an adventurer... just slightly.Other characters are meh. I appreciate POVs, but the extent of what the POV chapters do for characterization is severely lacking, especially when it comes to love interests.Still, I'm dropping this one. It's nothing special, and wish fulfillment vibes are getting strong around the part I read. However, I'm a picky reader. You can give it a try. Just be warned: the TL is crappy and makes a lot of mistakes. A lot of text is confusing and gender is often mismatched (e.g. father and daughter are introduced as mother and son lmao, or MC and love interest are "getting a transs*xual surgery" because of goofy translator).
