edit: I forgot to add stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Imagine almost every cliche plot for a female lead historical novel and then put them in one story.

Beginning with a transmigrated secret agent, whose talents include, but are not only; martial arts, assassination, cooking, medical skills, knowledge of advanced weaponry, technology such as metalworks etc oh and she naturally has a golden finger, in this case it is a medical kit that caters for her needs at any particular moment.

Then, her husband has a secret, but this time is not a secret general or Prince, but is very scholarly and may or may not be the illegitimate child of a noble household.

There's a whole swapped at birth added and the uncanny ability to meet many V.I.P's and get in their good books... sounds terribly OP, right?

And yet somehow, I am completely engaged (after getting over the early chapter's 'oh another secret agent OP female lead' moment). The characters, even the female lead, are engaging, there are too many funny moments, poking holes at the tropes and several times where I am desperate to know what happens next, but fortunately as it updates pretty much everyday, I am not waiting too long.

I think the female lead manages to become likeable due to her interactions with close family and friends and indifference about others. It's not so much the don't bother her, she wont bother you, but rue the day you poke the wasp nest more that your tricks against her are not worthy of her attention. However, try to hurt a family member, she won't necessarily kill you, but she might make you want to die. But she's also not so vengeful that she'll never let you ever go or anything.

But it's the comedy value that cuts through randomly when it's unexpected that's the real gem for me.
