No idea what the other reviewer read but this novel isnt THAT bad.

As a matter of fact even through mtl I feel the author did better in storytelling & writing compared to other c-novel of similar genre cus while the chapter is long, it doesn't feel draggy with filler.

Maybe if you only want the focus of story to be on ML/FL romance then this is definitely not it. It's mostly centered on slice of life.

The first part before she got rescued was quite long, sometimes could be gruesome so if it isnt right in your alley then maybe this story won't suit you.

ML while isnt exactly perfect & good, he did do anything he could to redeem his flaws & mistakes he did to her from his previous life. He actually got a character growth after being reborn so how's that supposed to be bad?

After realising what actually happen, ML didnt tolerate human trafficker in 2nd life at all so idk where that other person read that? Maybe only in the earlier part when heSpoiler

tried to save FL from that village but never after that. Cus ML setup the same anti human trafficking group the moment he met the good guys who combated it in the previous life.

There wasnt much highlight on ML's business affair but given how author wrote that he bought a lot of potentials tech & talents based on his previous life knowledge & experience as a genius IT professor sought by others in the industry, then this could be his own plot armor.

About scumbag relatives, it's mostly on FL side. Even that was resolved partly due to the bad things/allies they did/had come back to bite them. Cus while ML has problematic ones, he already dealt with the root issue before those relatives could become rotten. His relatives were relatively fine without that one conflict.

The horrific acts of those piece of s# actually got just punishments but that was further described in the extras. Spoiler

Re-living life over & over again whether being in the position of their victims or worst isnt exactly unjust I think?

And idk why that reviewer thinks MC is a complete idiot while being brilliant in clothing design to be impossible given that MC, who in her past life was a tailor, has that future knowledge on fashion as her plot armor. Spoiler

If not scoring high score in academics with the burden she had make her an idiot well then......

It's understandable why while ML wasnt exactly good previously, FL eventually accepted him back in 2nd life. Because he also wasnt totally bad back then & in the new life he owns up to & make up for it. It might feel like he was let off easily but given what they had experienced together, it's hard to judge him in black and white.
