It reads like S-Class That I raised with how he's collecting S-Class hunters, "unexpected" magical elemental pets and the relationship with the brother (but this time, its awful). Also, with how he's hated by everyone, it reminded me of the first several chapters of Cale in TCF but in this novel's case, it's not amusing and just a drag to read. Dohoon, the chihuahua, reminded me of the bodyguard guy in S-Class too (in terms of being a 'watcher').

It was stated how he finished military service and was a detective in his past life (?) but he didn't have the intelligince nor wit like detectives (or maybe its my high standard because of Detective Conan and BatFam). He also feels s*upid. Spoiler

When the Taeju (?) guy talked about the dangers lurking because of Salt's purification and homing instinct, his reaction was something along the lines of questioning "what danger could there be?" which is dumb especially for someone who runs after drug addicts and gangsters.

The BL-esque wasn't a problem because that was the reason I read this, however, the other characters are unlikable and their dynamics isn't enjoyable at all.

Maybe I'll come back to this when I don't have anything to read anymore.
