The novel is awful, and the story is just poorly written, however I still like the main character and LOVE Charlotte. I agree with people who said that it should have been a GL, because their relationship is the only good thing about the novel.And the ML (a.k.a Theodore)... I want him dead. I don't understand people trying to defend him. It is explicitly said in the novel that Spoiler
he knew deep that MC was innocent, but continued to treat her like sh*t and grow the misunderstanding ONLY because he didn't want to admit his feeling.
[collapse] It was said a FEW times in the novel, which just made me enraged. There is NOTHING that can make me like him or feel bad for him. Everything that is happening is his own doing, and his regret means nothing. Furthermore, towards the end, his actions are just selfish. He is doing things that only he wants to do, not caring about MC's feelings. He wants her by his side and for her to forgive him, but... what about her? He never thought about HER feelings in the matter. So, f*ck HIM. I want him to die so bad.
