The first half was pretty good for a moderately fluffy, streamer focused novel. The build up to them actually meeting in person was less foreshadowing and more the author directly saying when they will meet and making the readers wait for it.However, I got super annoyed towards the end. The MC seemed to completely lose his personality after meeting the ML. The past trauma experienced by the MC was completely explained by some side characters that existed only for that purpose, and then immediately got their karma. It felt like it went from a fluffy novel with threads of realism (sadness over separation, things MC dealt with), to a completely unrealistic novel with perfect characters and a preachy good vs evil message.Spoiler
Seriously, by the end, the MC was handsome, rich, smart, professional level at games, super popular as a streamer, so kind that anyone he ever met would stand up for him, get into the best university in the country, etc... And, the only bad things that ever happened to him (quite intense actually), were due to some evil people who then immediately died due to karmic retribution and this completely resolved. It got too ridiculous for me.
