This novel deserves a higher rating. The story starts with the MC gaining time-related abilities and finds out he's now a dominator of space-time. What this means is that he's the only one with the right and permission to tamper with space-time in his dimension. There are many other dimensions, each with their own dominator. This does not mean he has full control over time as he starts out with only the ability to rewind time for a limited number of times. He eventually learns about the unique qualities of other dimensions and learns to manipulate the soul. This is where the "revival of spiritual energy" in the novel description comes in. The novel progresses by introducing aspects of other dimensions, the MC learning from them and applying them to his own world (and MC taking inspiration from cultivation novels), likely changing his world from a non-magical world to a more fantasy-like one. I think this is one of the few fresh takes on the Qi-revival novel category. I especially like how the manipulation of the energy is done, it's not just some lazy qi or mana in the air kind of thing but drawing from the earth and artifacts and molding them into something usable. The MC isn't really a loner too as he's interacted with a girl ghost and a lively cat so far. He also isn't some pompous a-hole that acts like the world should kneel at his feet just because of his powers. As of Ch 40, MC's assets include an entire floor of a building in a rich district which he collects a significant amount of money from every month and a mansion that he now lives in. He also made himself a treasure room to store all his future magical artifacts. This setup means that MC can focus on his new privileges and responsibilities instead of using his abilities to win the lottery or treat some rich old man for his favor or seduce a wealthy love interest. MC is self-sufficient and acts like it.The translation is good too.
