I really enjoy this! The story focuses a lot on adventuring and world building, and it moves just fast enough to keep you excited, while also having sweet or funny moments to add more depth our dear band of heroes. The plot also weaves in delightful foreshadowing and transitions well between arcs--all with their own themes and perspectives that frame the story with an occasional thoughtful coming-of-age undertone.

As of ch58, the romance is on the backburner because our little Yu is still young, but there's certainly enough yearning and relationship development to keep one assured of... future entanglements ;) Spoiler

(legit I swear not 3 chapters go by without Yu'er gazing thoughtfully at her goddess QJ, she's such a yearner lmao)

[collapse] Already, some chapters have had some extremely sweet moments (they are so cute together!!!!), and these interactions reassure me that the author can be trusted to do their relationship justice. However, outside of our main CP from the story description, the other characters all have their own ties and stories that are individually interesting, so there's always funny things going on!

Finally, in terms of translation, it definitely gets a green light. There's TL notes at the bottom to describe unfamiliar terms, writing that is clear and fluent, rapid updates, and fast responses to fix any bugs. It's really a treat to be able to read such a gem. While the story isn't perfect, with some suspicious power scaling shenanigans, like the speed of Yu'er's development, these issues are hardly glaring and if anything, they're complimented with thoughtful situations that avert expectations or challenge them in new ways, so the author manages to keep a sense of tension despite everything. Overall, if you're in for an epic adventure through Jianghu, filled with spirit, honor, and longing, definitely give this a shot!
