It’s an enjoyable read for those who are into the cloak and daggers type of theme. Palace intrigues and the difficulties of how to balance power is the very reason why the ML and FL took awhile to be together. The romance is good despite the many twist and turns (i love how the ML remains faithful to the FL all throughout) the ending is satisfying for me.
