A Helplessly Weak, Big Ginger Cat Chapter 51 Discussion

Lively, shorter, tiger MC gong (his beast form is big, but human form short) x tall, cold-faced, low EQ, tough-looking black wolf (since apparently they don't have dogs in the interstellar world, though the MTL referred to the ML as a "black dog"?) ML shou.

I like the couple's interactions though I guess their relationship started in a pretty confusing manner;

Everyone thinks the two have strange aesthetics because MC calls the tough ML a beauty, and ML calls MC's fierce beast form cute; hehe

They don't fall in love right away, just like each other's appearance. And ML is pushed to realize his feelings by others; This part kind of confused me, because I didn't know if the ML actually liked the MC already or just called his feelings love because everyone else seemed to be telling him that this is what they are. Though I do think that the ML liked the MC, just it wasn't a fully romantic like at this point yet?

I'm not sure how accurate the animal-related info is, but it's definitely a nice addition to the story.

So far the story is ok, though I'm staying more for the characters rather than the story. I feel like it might be because the author doesn't describe their environment enough (or maybe it's just me?), so the world doesn't feel... well grounded?

Either way, I'll give a rating when I finish it; If it keeps up the current level then I'll give it 5 stars (So long as I don't dislike the story I usually rate it as 5.)
