Chapters are rather short, but as of chapter 5, I'm not really feeling it. The world-building is flimsy at best, and the author offering as few descriptions as possible doesn't really help. It's supposed to be a “relatively” modern world where they have modern weaponry and futuristic robots but magic is also a thing, I guess. I can think of a couple animes with the exact same plot though.MC has less personality than a sheet of white paper, so talk about one-dimensional. I predict that this is just going to be a weird mix of cliches from similar WNs, e.g., the aloof, antihero protagonist, the arrogant young master trope, the dude getting a harem of girls he doesn't care about, and so on.The translation is pretty inconsistent, but it's alright. It's a machine translation, most likely, but you can tell there's at least effort to make it readable.I'll pick it up again when there are more chapters to judge whether it's actually bad or not. Even so, I genuinely don't think you're missing on much if you skip this one.
