It's a fun read and quite intriguing. There's many great arc especially in later chapter. The only thing I dislike is the author trying to keep this as wholesome as possible for the wider audience. His reason for not marrying MC or even having s*x is quite illogical and a big turnoff. So despite surrounded by numerous love interest it is totally platonic, hence the lack of harem tag. The plot gets quite tangled and convoluted but that's just because the author is milking the content for all it's worth. Also due to heavy fans influence expect ironclad plot armor for beloved FMCs. I suggest you support the author by reading on yonder which is written pretty well but lengthens the original by quite a bit with colloquial english translation.
