Ermmm... Simple novel aside, this novel has overdramatic Chinese beauty standard (I'd run away if I see people with porcelain-white or chalk-white skin....), sudden subplots like many reviewers noticed, a half-baked yandere ML, and a cringe fairy who somehow obtained the human world's books to transmigrate into. It's kinda unreasonable, I think, because it's implied that the MC often visited the mortal world to experience the entertainment (and thus buying books that has transmigration trap to people or supernatural beings with the same name lol) so why the heck did MC was unable to go back if she could bring human books to her realm?

In my honest opinion, this novel is just as mid as The Last Cat in the Universe. They even had the same theme, the MCs were some kind of dense supernatural beings, the MCs has the same goal, and the MLs were half-baked yandere.

Also, no offense to people who liked this story, but I do agree with people who said that this one's boring. I don't know why but the authors always tried too hard to make naive MCs endearing and cute to the readers but it backfired so badly. And as far as I know, supernatural beings in Chinese mythology aren't depicted as naive or dense virg*ns so it's kinda off-kilter to read. The cringe factor was too high to endure.
