Ahem. Let me begin by saying that this novel is such a refreshing breeze in my reading list. The cover is eye-catching, and so is the title! How can you not be enticed with a c-novel titled Wine and Gun? And look at the tags: Crime! Antihero protagonist!! Serial killers!!!Just how much passionate do you want this novel to be? Very. It's pretty much romanticising (nah, not really!) serial killers, except (so far) there's no romance yet. Just passion. The passion of a serial killer. My goodness! The tension, banters, and references- *ugly crying from something beautiful*Anyways.This is the novel you're looking for if you want danmei set in modern times (around 2016?), set in a fictional city full of gangs and crimes, sleep-deprived cops, a crazy pseud0-profiler, a charming handsome bastard and a neat blondie who's labelled as a bastard.Oh, and! Dr. Wine is in his late twenties, while Mr. Gun is around 35 years old. Ducking awesome. Manly. Charming. Effing rich. What else? Their appearance matched their age. You know, silver foxes. YUMOn that note, give this a try! Author's writing style will make you feel as if you're watching crime romance drama instead of reading danmei online.*I'm sorry, this is more about me gushing about Al and Herstal than a review ><
