I loved this translation by foxaholic, such a wonderful gift to be able to read. I finished the last of it manually translating so I feel like I lost some of the overall impact but I still really enjoyed it. I'll probably reread once the translation is finished. The dynamics between the MC and the red lotus guild members is so good. The story really uses a lot of dark and horror moments to talk about what actions we can forgive in others versus what we can't forgive, which I'm a fan of thematically in fiction. Overall, a lot of very flawed and sad (and f*cked up) but interesting characters.
