Hi, translator here. Wanted to write a early review to let everyone know how amazing this novel is. The raws are still ongoing, but I don't think the quality has fallen off at all.

I decided to translate this novel because I loved the story and how each character has been brought to life with their own backstories. It's a well-balanced tale, with the main members each with their individual strong points while having their weaknesses covered by the others. Qi Xia, our MC is extremely intelligent but not at all OP... I mean we're up against supernatural forces, witts can only bring one so far haha.

About MC:

Spoiler

The story follows Qi Xia, a self-proclaimed swindler, as he navigates the nightmarish realm known as End Point. He has heard from others that escape can only be achieved by collecting 3, 600 round objects known as {Dào}. Given the tight deadline of just ten days, this goal appears dauntingly infeasible—yet he is left with no alternative... or is there?

Initially, Qi Xia presents himself as a lone wolf, claiming to be unfeeling and unsympathetic, regardless of age or gender. Although he engages in a few rash actions from which he learns, he eventually comes to trust a select few individuals. However, this raises questions about his true nature. What seems to be duality in his character—could it be a clever ruse all along?

About MC's 'wife':

Spoiler

She's not real, YNA is actually just a fake person in which our MC hypnotized himself to believe existed. It gets explained later in the novel--- he had done this because he needed a reason to keep himself constantly motivated, constantly reminding himself that he needed to escape. And someone had told him that there were people who would do anything in the name of love.

Regardless, there is no romantic interest in this novel. There are fans who ship certain characters, but none are cannon.

I actually found this novel a year prior. I had contemplated picking this story up then, but because I was juggling three novels then, it was extremely difficult to justify myself. This novel is still ongoing in the original language, yet it has already surpassed one thousand chapters. This would be an arduous endeavor, a task I would need to set aside years to finish; I wasn't up for that back then. It took months of contemplation and completing the rest of my ripritore for me to finally decide to pursue this challenge. In that time, countless MTLers had attempted this novel, but due to the nature of this story--- the detailing, need of consistency, and use of specific language, it never thrived in their hands. Although this novel is completely outside my comfort zone, I will attempt my best to do this novel justice.

Anyways, thanks for giving TDU a try!
