This series is about a zombie apocalypse, but unlike the normal trope where the apocalypse appears out of nowhere and social order collapses at once. Here however it is a man caused disaster and one that starts on a small scale, meaning society is functioning as usual to a large extent in the beginning and we see how it slowly crumbles under the apocalypse influence. The MC's way of acting is understandable and we can follow his thought process to a large extent. It's an interesting and fresh execution of a very used genre and I recommend giving it a chance if you want a MC with a somewhat dark and delusional personality in a world in the middle of collapsing trying to make the most out of the situation.
