Mediocre story. Subpar setting/world building, but not anything particularly egregious. Main character starts out very bland, makes a few weird turns, then firms up and doesn't pursue the harem route, which is nice, but also becomes even more bland. The writer isn't extraordinarily intelligent, and it shows in the power mechanics, but everything is solid enough. There's some rug pulls in the setting of how the future knowledge plays out, to the point where the title is very questionable (you can tell the author didn't plan the plot twist). One thing that really gets me is that the author really has no concept of martial arts at all, as the MC constantly complains about how difficult it is to control his power, when his realm of martial arts is supposed to be control on a nano level, and how his opponents are all too weak, when the power in-setting means that a person should be able to read twitches and even use their mind to estimate the strength of an opponent at the beginning stages, and at higher levels involves moving the nomological force of the universe, basically fighting with souls. Regardless of tier, fighters should be able to grasp the approximate strength of their opponents as well as themselves and it really makes the MC look bad that he doesn't know his own strength.

Pros: relatively fast paced plot, and no actual harem, even if there's targets at every corner.

Cons: bland protagonist with inconsistent character, really rushed world building, very little tension.

Overall it's readable, but not particularly novel in any way.
