There was nothing unique that set this apart from any other Chinese martial arts novel. If anything, reading this felt a bit of a detriment to me that I wanted to rate it lower as a 2. But I rated a 3 to give benefit of doubt.This is because the novel is very slow paced and filled to brim with filler content such as off topic conversations. Being 3 chapters in of somewhat long chaps, the plot still hasn't started so I can't really give a fair review, which was why I didn't give a 2.The MC is a kid who is gonna try to start his Cultivation journey, poor to rich, weak to strong. If you've read any other martial arts novel you've read this. Suggest reading something like A Will Eternal instead as this novel had again, nothing to set it apart from the others from what I've read so far
