I really enjoyed reading this novel so far. It has everything my little heart longs for - and by that, I'm referring to the immaculate sorta-post-apocalyptic setting, as well as the writing style and some of the characters themselves.Although sometimes everyone other than the 2 mains feel somewhat one dimensional and not at all like real people, this didn't have too great of an effect on the readability of the story itself.I do have to mention though, that although the story is very good, most of the time when I was reading I kept feeling a subtle sense of loss. Like something was wrong, like something was missing or so. I have no idea what the cause of that was, but it kind of didn't let me enjoy the novel to the fullest. This of course, is only a personal thing, others might not have felt the same.I'd like to talk some more about the setting; this post apocalyptic empire setting does sound pretty cool. The way the places the story plays out at are described are also very goood; maybe a point where the novel is lacking so far is that we know very little about the characters even after such a long time.Of course, this could also be because the author found that it fit the story better if the characters had no/barely any past, as it would force them to live in the present, therefore enforcing the 'what happened before the 'found family' doesn't matter actually' thing, which in my opinion, great. That's also great. But I think if that was the case, it should have been described, at least a little bit.Now, about the characters. MC, although he's this extremely cool character, seems very s*upid to me. I have no idea in what way that is, also, it could be compensation for his overly opness, but you know, it makes it hard to relate to him when he doesn't pick up on obvious details. The ML is very cute. But because of the mc's flaws, he becomes extremely weird as time passes.. This is also part of the reason why I stopped reading at ch63. It was great while it lasted, I'd love to think about this story as a perfect one, we don't need to talk about anything after ch63.I might be wrong though. But, I really didn't enjoy that chapter, or even just the settings that came in slowly before.. I know that I should read the whole thing to write a porper review, but I'm not going to. Haha. Do it yourself if you want to
