Arc 1

Based on the reviews of people who've read much more of this novel this may not hold true for the rest, but as of chapter 25 (which is up to where the translation is at this point), be aware that probably 60% of this novel consists of descriptions of food / cooking techniques. Just... massive paragraphs that do absolutely nothing to move the story along. It kind of started feeling like I was reading a cooking school textbook and I started skipping quite a lot.

Arc 2

Much improved on the cookbook textbook from arc 1. I am a bit sad about the lack of established ML though. Mainly just because so far there's been a.. ML in both worlds but she just isn't interested, leading to some serious 2nd ML Syndrome... from the main ML.
