This novel is quite amazing. This is only the rating for the 1st arc alone btw. The first arc alone was good enough to stand alone as an individual novel. I can't say much for future arcs as the 2nd arc is very different from the first in setting but but I am excited to read them as the translations come out to find out.Honestly the summary description is completely unhelpful for the most part at this point and at least the 1st arc is immersive enough so that the transmigration part doesn't exactly have any role in the actual story. So I'll give a short summary of the 1st arc instead. The setting is in ancient china and the MC is transported in the body of a daughter of a chef, whose family was unjustly dishonoured for stealing the recipes of another family's legacy. To regain the family honor the MC travels around to learn cooking from anywhere and eventually returns to the capital. (Summary End) I know the summary I wrote sounds boring but its really captivating particularly on the description of cooking, such that it feels somewhat like a Slice of Life heartwarming food gourmet novel with actual good plot.
