I’m stopping at chapter 50 for now, it’s fast becoming a chore to read it. The way the emperor is currently in the story, he’s coming off as a man easily swayed/controlled by his lower body part...Also, as the story is based on an actual historical figure, I can’t really buy in the story. Perhaps if the writer set it up as a parallel universe... ? Anyways, not sure if I will continue reading or totally drop it. 🤷♀️
