Marry My Iron Buddy Chapter 500 Discussion

Story 2.5 Stars. MCx ML 4.5. Nephew x Senior Brother 4.5 stars.

Gets kinda boring. Too much description not as much as the author other novel (The Transmigrator's Cultivation). Side characters are forgettable and way too many transmigrator. Author spent so much time describing the many side character situation but then just like moves on. Even if some of them are interesting they seem to just past by a few chapters that it.

The most exciting part was probably the beginning with the flash marriage and MC x ML had to sleep together to cure ml. Then there relationship moved back to "friendship buddies" that is kinda annoying.

Occasionally you will get some interesting story like the nephew.

Character and story just seems like they are missing something.

Guess you can call it slice of life but even with slice of life keeps you entertained wanting to know more. This one made me fall asleep a couple of time.

MC x ML 4.5 STARS

I love MC x ML interaction. Both personality are super cute.

Their fur babies (5 stars) are also adorable. I want more of them. Limited appearance.

I wish MC x ML had more direct close interactions and relationships with the nephew. The nephew very cute too. He is only 4 or 5 years old Spoiler

They rescue the nephew then leaves him to the bodyguard. Although they feed provide living space and money. Its like MCxML is running a foster care trying not to get too emotionaly attached and involved. They don't really even eat together but keep separate. I know that this is cultivation novel but the nethew is only at 4 or 5 years old so I wish MC x ML develops a closer relationship. Hope it changes in future.

I do love their scenes with and without the leads. When I read them I feel like story is moving forward. Guess that is why he is the protagonist in original plot. Are they a couple ? Feels like it hinting at that.

Chapter 69 OMG finally Spoiler

Finally moved past just buddies!!! I am so glad. Before ch69 they did everything a loving couple has done. Hugging, sleeping same bed, snuggling, full trust, holding hands, piggy back ect... Even had reaction in that area down below but MC brush it off as natural reaction instead of affection.

Thing happen and it hints at MC x ML should dual cultivate. The inheritance and system was like giving them stuff as if saying omg just get together as a real couple. Their behaviors are like an old sweet couple so other than not ever doing it again and MC not realizing his "friendship" has turned to "true love." Feel as ML has realize his feeling though but is happy jusy being with MC.

Will continue as I do like the MC x ML the fur babies and nephew. Only wish is was more paced like "I have medicine"

At chapter 500. Only thing keeping me reading is their interaction with the nephew and the master. I don't consider this slow burn world building (just seem repetitive and wordy) maybe bc I mlt this but I mlt the author other novel and it wasn't like this. I think still worth it if you looking for a cute couple and don't care about plot.
