Lame author, super sloppy writing. Brendan's character is powerful and nifty, yet now portrayed dumb. The author messed up Deirdre’s character first, now doing the same with Brendan's.
Finally they are alone and Cali is allowing herself to feel for Evan \\"Gio\\". This whole let fate take over will backfire on her. You can just feel it.
Honestly, I love this book & don’t mind waiting for the next chapters. They’re always worth the wait and thankfully the wait isn’t usually long at all.
