Since each personality is the ML, they vanish when he solves issues. The MC's favorite personality is the third one, which is pretty rough, sort of a gangster type. So a majority of the story is about her spending time with him, spoiling him, branching out a relationship with him, and even sleeping with him. She is barely with the first personality after this point and barely spends time with the second too. I know that one has the mentality of a six-year-old and the other is kind of cold, but I would have liked if the MC actually went out of her way to find out more about the second and changed the relationships she had with both of them before they vanished.
[collapse]It made me feel bad because the author could have expanded the relationship between the ML's other personalities along with the MC but the spoiler just happened like BOOM. I know that she prefers one over the other but in terms of characterization, it makes her seem shallow and kind of cold.I can't stand the family members at all. Spoilerespecially when it's revealed that the family members are the cause of the ML's DID and the ML's parents even sold him off to someone else to get ab*sed.
[collapse] And there's a lot of dramatic dog blood and karma. It is refreshing though and a good point to see a Chinese based novel with a cunning MC that isn't super op. Her ability can be broken but so far she's not abusing it and relying on the ML's abilities too. She also relies on other people when she can so that's one good point with the MC.Beside the MC and ML everyone else is kind of there at this point, since the focal is about the ML's DID and how it interacts with the world and MC along with their antics and interactions.I would give this a three or a 3.5 at the most but I'm not changing my star review. I don't hate the story but I don't like how I ended up liking it less when it went on. It's not boring but kind of sad.
