Genre keywords list is missleading: first keywords should be drama and tragedy and then action. Harem should be removed from the list, this is not a classical regression novel, but is quite similar to the author previous novel, as it is focussed on the psychology of the MC in a less messy way and with more interesting characters. But, the storyline, because it's written as a log, is quite perticular, and is a bit boring to read at first, so if you're here like me to binge read and looking for well written cliffangers, you'll get disapointed, there are none.As you can guess, the plot is focussed more on how really insane the MC is, and for once, this is quite fitting the novel title. The storyline is not on how to save the end of the world, as you realise quite fast there is something wrong with the MC and the post-apo world he's living in, with the various degrees of messed people/monsters described at every different arc.In some way the world building is a bit like the novel "the city of terror", where dreams/thoughts/beliefs start to show up in reality with various eldritch degrees, it's just that this novel is focused on the state of mind of the MC.
