It's a well written story, unfortunately the writer is a bit greedy. The chapters get shorter and shorter till it's just a single scene per chapter making the chapters unnecessarily bogus. I'm sure the chapters could have been shortened to about half or even less.  It's still a really good book tho

Amazing is the best word to describe this book! Plenty of action and danger that keeps you on the edge!  If you want a brake from all the mess of 2020, fall on into this magical world the supernatural.

All the books in this series are great and I strongly suggest reading them in order. Each one plays right into the next, giving so much more understanding of the characters. I have read these books multiple times and see Chase will be no exception!
