Lasted till Ch.50 so far, but am dropping it soon. Agree with comments abt pacing, this feels too slow and focused on the mundane to have sufficient timeline to finish by 100+ chapters. I've also read the manga till CH 20+ (?), till now no new characters have been introduced, and no significant plot milestones have been achieved. Spoiler

There are some similar veins between this and Milla Vane's A Heart of Blood of Ashes, but this is the YA-friendly version. Don't know how much this will be similar down the line, at this point I'm quite bored to care.

Don’t read! The book is amazing but the author refuses to finish. No updated for 6-8 weeks and that doesn’t happen just once…it’s every time! The customer service is ZERO help because they won’t respond either. This author is good but poor ethics

Book 5 of the Six Pack Series is just as good as book one, Alpha Gray. Author, CJ Primer, is an excellent author who never disappoints and updates regularly. I would highly recommend you read this series, you won’t be sorry!
