3.5. Agree with the majority of eclat123's review, but for the feminism aspect I agree more with shortk. Overall I feel like I got catfished with this novel, because the eunuch plot line is only mentioned at the start/when it's convenient. She quickly gets over her submissivenss/reverence to the emperor, even becoming inexplicably rude. Also the transmigration settings are extremely inconsistent. For some things, the MC says that she knew them instinctively bc of the old owner of the body, but she doesn't inherit memories, so she has zero clue about her social circle. Honestly, this feels more like an arranged marriage novel rather than a transmigration novel, so do adjust ur expectations. Dropped for now.
