The misconception that the character showcases no growth is a lie, his persona was heavily veiled with the "concept" hence it was hard to see his improvement. While his extra personal communication has plateaued, his skills as an actor are continuously showing growth. The MC wasn't just using what the void space was offering, he's making it his own and continuing to expand from it (a clear example is the Role Synthesis, without the MC's intent it wouldn't have manifested).In the first place, this wasn't about "Kang Jinwoo", this is about "Actor Kang Jinwoo". All the other skills he possessed shouldn't be judged as a separate skill, they are the branches that his acting have manifested in order to showcase the characters to their fullest.
