The novel is nothing new: commoner gets fired or kicked out and slowly builds his way up society.

The story is actually pretty well fleshed out with only bits of minor plot holes. The MC is pretty likeable too.

The MC cried a bit and is a polite and withdrawn but I see no problems with that, contrary to other people.

This novel is based on the MC picking plants and growing. At least for now if you are looking for intense fight scenes or a dramatic romance, this novel is not for you.

Overall a good read for a break from those intense novel out there.
