I won't talk about the plot (non-existent in fact) or the themes discussed (non-existent unexpectedly) The infantilization of ML, in fact when I started reading the first 5 chapters I was sure his age did not exceed 12. To my surprise chapters later when MC buys him toys for kids along with a comment referring to it and ML says "I'm not a kid" ??Chapter 25, right where I left off, Groundhog mentions that 18 years ago the signs started, which implies that ML is, in fact, 18!? Sorry if I offend anyone but how can an "adult" be so s*upid? On the other hand you could justify it by mentioning that he grew up alone without any kindness, yes but people who grew up in difficult environments are not s*upid lmaoAnother reason that led me to believe that ML was a child was M's treatment. I thought he was treating him like a pitiful child or a cute pet, turns out not, he introduced them as a couple to a caravan, that guy is really interested in someone who acts like a childMaybe it's my fault for reading this when I clearly despise "innocent" characters who aren't children. Yeah maybe, but blame me? The Seme protagonist tag is lacking.I think the author should have removed the "romance" entirely and left it as a parenting story
