About Kenichi being a badass and not a wimp lately isn`t really a surprise. If you think back, he`s been like this since he fought that military dude and in the D&D tournament against Shou Kano and those 3 chinese fighters.

but seriously what has been up with kenichi's badassery lately? did the author just get tired of drawing a wimp? xD either way, i like it. i was thinking while reading this chapter "oh good, a disciple, someone he can actually fight.... itd be great if he just destroys him with one hit" and then he did. freakin awesome.

He had already been like this before that. He had lost most of his wimp traits during the start of the Ragnarok arc. He just become cooler and cooler :D
